Success Stories
Throughout the years and after several more falls and pain due to low back disc disease I would find myself at my own discretion taking more adjustments. Within a short time period I would be back on my bike. I have learned so much from Dr Lichter and his staff but the one thought that sticks in my mind is “commitment”. We tend to take so many things for granted. We expect that medical professionals will cure us. What we overlook is the “dedication”, humility” and “sensitivity” in addition to the “medical experience” that enables them to help us feel better. Due to my challenging athletic goals I know I will always be a patient of Dr. Lichter from time to time and without his “dedication” I would never still be completing long distance endurance rides pain free. I rarely went to a chiropractor and frankly was afraid of them. On my first visit after walking in the office after a bicycle fall I could hardly stand or bend. The first person who greeted me with a caring smile was Mandy. She had me fill out some forms and I remember she was so sensitive to my ailing back. She just “Took Control” and filled out the forms for me. Next I met Dr Lichter. When his door closed to speak with me I was astonished because he acted as if I was the only patient in the office. After x-rays and more conversation explaining exactly what was ailing me and his plan to address my situation Dr. Lichter adjusted me. Every movement he made was with caution and accuracy in an attempt to minimize the pain he knew I was feeling. After several visits I recovered. What impressed me the most was the fact that his goal was to have me back on my bicycle and not in his office.
